Get your YOGA on! -- Starts at 9:00am sharp -- Yoga Class at SF Yoga Tree on Stanyan -- our favorite teacher!


BRUNCH -- 11:00am in Cole Valley -- get ready to rumble with pancakes!

HIKE! -- What, aren't I too old for more exercise? We'll see. Hike to Tennessee Valley Beach in Mill Valley. Meet around 2pm in the afternoon. Weather permitting. Be prepared to carry me if necessary.

DINNER -- Be our guest for dinner in SF at 7:00pm. Details to follow.
